note to self: being sick is not useful for fitness or training.

  2. Thanks for the well wishes, Yuko. I am finally feeling back to my normal self. Am looking forward to my run tomorrow morning, was only able to get out once this week and thought my eardrums would explode from the pressure. Hopefully tomorrow will be less eventful.

    I'd love to go for a run together some time...I need to get better at running at a normal training pace (9:00-10:15 pace). I always end up pushing to hard and need to do more easy running. Have the sense that you are better at the whole pacing thing -- you could be my teacher :-)
