chi running?

anyone tried out "chi running"?  thoughts? reactions? comments?

Read about it briefly online, tried some of its principles ... the "leaning forward" bit doesn't really agree with me most of the time (makes me wary of exacerbating IT band problems to have my legs slapping down), but I like the whole idea of mind > body and taking care to relax tense parts of your body as you run.
